How to make Gnocchi


Kg White Potatoes

200 g Flour

1 Egg


Wash the potatoes
Steam, cook, or boil them in salty water for 40 minutes
Once cooked, let them cool a bit, take the skin off and crush them in a big bowl
Then let them cool completely
Add the flour, the egg, a pinch of salt and work together until the mixture is soft
Divide the mixture into pieces and work one by one
Roll out the mixture on a chopping board till you get it into a diameter of about 2cm
Cut the rolled mixture into little pieces, about 2cm in length
Put them on a floured dish towel, keeping them away one each other so that they don't stickSince the potatoes are already cooked, you just need to add the gnocchi to boiling water for a few minutes and then mix in your favourite sauce!!!

For example, gorgonzola sauce, pesto sauce, tomato sauce… Maybe, it means something: a perfect husband looks for a creamy sauce… Maybe, it means something: a perfect wife looks for an easy thing to make like gnocchi…"
