Why you have to love Pilates!

What can Pilates really do for you? Pilates has become hugely popular over the last 10 years. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the 20th century, the method was based on the idea that our minds can control our muscles. No wonder it is such a brilliant exercise for body AND mind.
