How to make Tiramisù









For a true taste of Italy why not try this Tiramisù recipe. A pure yet sinful delight for the taste buds , full of yummy Mascarpone Cheese!One of the most popular Italian desserts all around the world. Its name means “turn me on” because of the coffee that will give you a burst so you won’t fall asleep after a romantic dinner with your partner. Ingredients


4 Eggs


500g Mascarpone Cheese


4 spoons of Sugar


Coffee


6/7 packets of Pavesini Biscuits




Instructions
Use the yolk eggs and mixture together (Simone’s grandma suggest to put a pinch of salt before you start in order to have it softer and less bitter)
Mix the yellow and sugar, add mascarpone then add the mixed yolk and work together and the cream is done
Sponge the biscuits on the coffee (if you like you can sponge some biscuits with brandy or rum)
Alternate a level of biscuits and a level of cream
Put in the fridge for at least 1½ hours
To ServeIs a cool dessert so better if served in spring and fall with a nice cup of coffee aside!
